This week EMC announced plans to establish a R&D center for big Data and Cloud computing in the “Russian Silicon Valley” Skolkovo Foundation Innovation Hub in Russia. The center will focus on development of cloud infrastructure solutions and Big Data analytics technologies for Bioinformatics and Energy Efficiency.
